Alcon, Inc. (ALC) delivered core earnings per share (EPS) of 70 cents in the fourth quarter of 2023, up 66.7% from the year-ago quarter’s figure (up 78% at the constant exchange rate or CER). The figure topped the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 2.9%.
