Newmont Corporation (NEM) reported first-quarter 2024 earnings from continuing operations of 15 cents per share compared with 42 cents in the year-ago quarter.Barring one-time items, adjusted earnings were 55 cents per share compared with 40 cents reported in the prior-year quarter.
