Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. Announces Meeting Date for Special Meeting of Unitholders to Approve Proposed Conversion Transaction

At the Special Meeting, the unitholders of Calumet will be asked to approve and adopt the previously announced Conversion proposal and such other proposals that are described in the proxy statement/prospectus.
