Coinbase's Conor Grogan estimates at least 913,111 ETH ($3.43B) has been permanently lost due to user errors, making up 0.76% of total supply. With 5.3M ETH burned via EIP-1559, over 5% of all ETH ($23.4B) is effectively destroyed.
