Distribution Over Margins

If you're a founder and you get access to, you know, relatively cheap private capital and you could do a trade-off between margins and distributions and it's land grab time, what would you do. And the argument is the incremental user, someone you can monetize forever down the road and then if you don't get that user during lime, you could never monetize it.
