Tesla just gave Elon Musk a pay package worth $30 billion. It's an interim award, 96 million shares that only vest after 2 years in the role as CEO. And after that, Musk has to hold them for an additional 5 years.They have an exercise price of $23.34% a share. In other words, Musk has to pay that figure per share to access the award.
