It's incredibly difficult to build chips in the United States. We're just now building the ecosystem. Even when chips are uh manufactured in the United States, it's really hard to package them in North America.And one of the reasons is u all the other AI chips use a component called HBM or high bandwidth memory. And that tends to get packaged uh in TSMC.
