Musk's $1T pay package is "most absurd" in history: Tesla investor.

This is the most absurd pay package that has ever been created in the history of business. Not to mention the different tanches and what the vesting is is so arbitrary and broad. And I don't even think the pay package is legal because I don't think there was any actual negotiation over the pay package, which was the same reason that it was ruled illegal by Delaware last time.I think this is just going to add more lawsuits anyways.
