Google shares pop on report that company will invest up to $40 billion in Anthropic

Google shares popping on a report that it could invest as much as $40 billion into Anthropic. Bloomberg reporting that it will start with an initial $10 billion investment with potentially $30 billion to follow if certain performance targets are met.
