I think people over-index on title and under-index on growth. I'd rather take maybe below the level you're at at a high-growth company and bet on yourself. Have confidence in yourself and bet on growth because if you're going to come in and operate at a really high level within a high-growth environment, that's the best thing for your career as opposed to like having some ego around like oh, I'm a X title.I want to stay that.
