I'm Jessica Edinger, CNBC. The major averages have all turned lower this afternoon on Wall Street. An abrupt turnaround.The Dow down 58 points being led lower by shares of Cisco which are down 5%. The S&P 500 index down 14, the Nasdaq now down 48 points. Chipmaker shares all in the red micron tanking 10% this afternoon.Intel down 7%. AMD down 6%.
