Group 1 - The establishment of the "Embodied Intelligence Branch" aims to promote the development of embodied intelligence in China, integrating resources to address challenges and enhance high-quality economic growth [2][3] - The embodied intelligence industry is rapidly growing, with domestic financing exceeding 23 billion in the first half of 2025, indicating significant potential in various sectors such as industrial, logistics, healthcare, and elder care [2][3] - The relationship between mechatronics and embodied intelligence is crucial, as mechatronics serves as the physical foundation, while embodied intelligence provides cognitive capabilities, facilitating a shift from automation to autonomous decision-making [3][4] Group 2 - The Embodied Intelligence Branch will be the first national industry organization in China, crossing departmental, regional, and field boundaries [5] - The branch's mission includes promoting technology research, standardizing industry development, building an industrial ecosystem, and fostering collaboration among academia, industry, and users [6] Group 3 - Membership recruitment targets key industry enterprises, including upstream component and software companies, midstream integrators, and downstream end-user companies across various sectors [7][8] - Research institutions and universities involved in embodied intelligence research are also encouraged to join, particularly those with relevant programs in artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation [9] - Third-party service organizations related to the embodied intelligence field, such as financial institutions and certification agencies, are invited to participate [10] Group 4 - Applicants must possess independent legal entity status, comply with national laws, and have no significant violations in the past three years [11][12] - Membership application requires submission of specific forms and documentation by September 30, 2025 [14] Group 5 - The establishment of the branch will culminate in a founding conference to elect the first council and form specialized working groups [16]
