This is what I was eluding to when I made that post about cost basis.The 1099-DA will only show PROCEEDS and not cost basis.If you aren't aware of this or correctly tracking your ACB yourself you will end up overpaying.If you are even remotely active in Crypto your taxes are likely way more complicated than you think to do correctly.I've worked with @countonsheep the last few years to handle all of my Crypto taxes as well as Crypto specific tax planning.This isn't a paid shill this is the actual company tha ...
