Group 1 - The Xinjiang Autonomous Region government has invested over 70% of its fiscal expenditure in the livelihood sector annually since the start of the 14th Five-Year Plan, implementing ten major livelihood projects for three consecutive years, leading to significant improvements in public services, living conditions, and ecological environment [1] - During the 14th Five-Year Plan, over 800 million yuan has been invested in elderly care services, with 33 regional elderly care centers renovated and 2,400 family elderly care beds established, providing home services for over 110,000 elderly individuals [1] - The government aims to enhance the accessibility and convenience of elderly care services by increasing the supply of community and institutional care, and establishing a "quarter-hour" elderly care service circle [1] Group 2 - A total of 1.4535 million new urban jobs have been created during the 14th Five-Year Plan, with a college graduate employment rate exceeding 90%, and 446.19 million vocational training sessions conducted to protect laborers' employment rights [2] - In 2025, nearly 800 million yuan will be allocated to increase the daily nutrition subsidy for rural compulsory education students from 5 yuan to 7 yuan, benefiting over 1.87 million students [2] - The government plans to implement a spinal curvature prevention program for middle and primary school students and enhance mental health promotion for youth, while improving food safety and nutrition standards in schools [2] Group 3 - In 2025, 5,379 children with disabilities and autism will receive rehabilitation training, surgical treatment, and assistive device fitting services, achieving 134% of the annual target [3] - The government will increase living subsidies for disabled individuals and provide barrier-free modifications for families with severely disabled members, as well as services for children with disabilities aged 0 to 14 [3] - Efforts will be made to improve the sense of gain, happiness, and security among the disabled population through enhanced employment support and services [3]
