中新网北京6月11日电(记者 谢艺观)近日,中国消费者协会联合中国包装联合会、中国循环经济协 会、中国食品工业协会、中国快递协会、中国酒业协会、中国香料香精化妆品工业协会发布倡议书,反 对商品过度包装,推动绿色文明消费。 据介绍,近年来,随着我国经济快速发展和消费水平提升,商品过度包装问题日益突出。部分商家 为追求所谓"高端""奢华"的市场定位,在包装上大做文章,层层套盒、冗余填充、贵金属装饰等现象屡 见不鲜,不仅造成资源浪费和环境污染,更扭曲了消费本质,助长了奢靡之风。 为此,倡议书提到,经营者要强化责任,做适度包装的先行者。严格遵守法律法规,依据标准规范 商品包装设计与生产,减少包装层数、控制包装空隙率、降低包装成本占比;推广绿色设计理念,减少 包装材料的使用量和设计的复杂程度,优先采用易回收、易降解的包装材料;提升技术创新能力,加快 绿色技术攻关和转化;加强行业自律,制定行业自律规范,加强行业监督。 另外,消费者要秉持理性,做绿色消费的践行者。增强绿色消费意识,自觉抵制购买过度包装的商 品;积极参与监督,发现过度包装等浪费行为时,及时向相关部门举报;简约适度生活,支持商品包装 的回收、循环利用等;支持绿 ...
