齐鲁晚报.齐鲁壹点史安琪 近日,一则关于济南凤岐农贸批发市场即将闭市的通知,引发市场内众多商户关注。闭市后去哪经营?未到期租金如何处置?不少商户 颇为焦虑。对此,记者做了探访。 现场: 5月20日前完成清场 客源、租金问题引业主担忧 5月13日,记者来到济南凤岐农贸批发市场,该市场位于历城区凤岐路与兴港南路交叉口西侧。 商户向记者出示了关于该市场闭市的通知。通知中称:市场决定于2025年5月20日正式闭市,并且自5月15日起,商户只能出货,禁止进 货,摊位需在5月20日前完成清场,逾期未清场的物品将按无主物品处理。 尽管管理方告知李华等商户若找不到合适店铺,可前往位于凤凰北路15号的新市场,但重新积累客源让李华等人颇犯愁,这也是大部分 商户不想搬离凤岐农贸批发市场的主要原因。 除了客源问题,商户们还普遍关心"未到期租金如何处理"这一问题。据一户蔬菜批发商介绍,她和市场管理方签订了4年租赁合同并交了 押金,租期一直到2027年。"虽然租金是一年一交,但今年租期还有好几个月才到期。剩余租金如何处理?"该商户表示,大家希望能在 租金问题妥善解决后再考虑搬迁。 管理方: 将退还相关租金、押金 改造完成后可继续返场经营 ...
