近年来,儿童青少年近视率和龋齿患病率居高不下,已成为困扰儿童青少年、家庭、学校、社会的 公共卫生问题。儿童青少年身心健康,事关亿万家庭和谐幸福,事关国家民族发展大计。 聚焦儿童青少年明亮眼睛、洁白牙齿,陕西省卫生健康委率先在全国打响儿童青少年视力与口腔健 康"保卫战"。为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于实施健康中国战略的决策部署,以及省委、省政府推进健 康陕西建设的工作要求,陕西省卫生健康委以儿童青少年"明眸皓齿"健康为目标,坚持"政府主导、部 门协作、医校联动、家庭参与"和"预防为主、防治结合"原则,联合省教育厅、省市场监督管理局、省 体育局等八部门,印发了《陕西省儿童青少年"明眸皓齿"行动方案》。该《方案》旨在将健康关口前 移,构建覆盖防、筛、诊、治、康全流程的服务体系。 在此基础上,陕西省卫生健康委再次联合省教育厅、省疾控局、省中医药管理局,共同印发《陕西 省中小学幼儿园健康副校长聘任与管理办法》,以制度保障推动"明眸皓齿"等健康行动实施。 通过充分发挥医疗卫生机构的专业优势,指导学校与家庭共同落实防控措施,陕西正全力推进儿童 青少年视力与口腔健康水平的整体提升。 科普先行 营造爱眼护齿良好氛围 "根据中医理 ...
