葠窝水库除险加固主体工程完工

历时3年多、批复总投资4.4亿元的葠窝水库除险加固主体工程日前完工,并顺利通过蓄水验收,较 批复工期提前4个月达成目标。焕然一新的葠窝水库,将继续承载区域防洪安全与民生保障的重要作 用。 葠窝水库是我省大型水库之一,建成于20世纪70年代。50余年来,该水库一直发挥着核心水利工程 作用,为下游地区防洪、保障农业灌溉和城乡供水安全、维护流域生态平衡提供有力支撑。2022年9 月,葠窝水库除险加固工程启动,进展备受关注。 施工期间,工程单日最高投入劳动力超600人次,累计作业130万工时,完成混凝土浇筑9.1万立方 米,同步实现"施工不停、供水不断、防洪不松"。工程在实施3391米帷幕灌浆构筑地下防渗墙时,同步 建成水情及安全监测自动化系统,实现水库智慧化管理。 葠窝水库除险加固工程完成后,水库汛限水位将抬高5米,防洪能力显著提升;年供水量可增加 6900万立方米,并通过与观音阁水库进行梯级调度,切实保障太子河流域及辽阳市150余万人的防洪安 全,满足下游200万亩农田和多家大型单位用水需求。 开工以来,葠窝水库除险加固工程面临诸多严峻考验:施工期需要兼顾下游200万亩农田灌溉、3家 工业企业供水及汛期防洪任务, ...
