转自:中国质量报 本报讯 (丁文婷)市场监管总局发布的《电子计价秤型式评价大纲(试行)》已于1月8日起正式实 施。近日,上海石田电子衡器有限公司成功取得上海市首张符合新规要求的电子计价秤型式批准证书。 根据实施安排,生产企业自1月8日起不得再生产销售不符合新规的电子计价秤。销售企业不得销售未取 得型式批准证书、身份信息缺失或"三码一封"不完整的产品。集贸市场、商场超市等经营者在1月8日后 新增或更换的电子计价秤须符合新规要求,原型号电子计价秤经强制检定合格的,可以使用至2027年1 月7日。自2027年1月8日起,所有用于贸易结算的电子计价秤必须符合新规技术要求。现有在用且具有 网联功能的电子计价秤可延续使用至2030年1月8日,为市场提供了合理的过渡期。 这项新规旨在通过技术手段从源头遏制"鬼秤"作弊行为,解决长期存在的"缺斤短两"问题。新规核心要 求聚焦于三大技术突破。首先,实现"开壳锁机、授权解锁",当电子计价秤外壳被非法打开时,设备将 自动锁定,仅能由被授权人员使用高保密性动态密码解锁,从根本上杜绝了随意拆机改装、替换芯片或 加装作弊装置的可能。其次,建立"身份追溯"系统,每台电子计价秤出厂时必须具备 ...
