Core Viewpoint - The Southern Power Grid Guangxi Electric Power Company has successfully completed 298 anti-icing construction projects this year, enhancing the grid's ability to withstand ice disasters in high-altitude areas of Guangxi [1][3][4] Group 1: Project Completion and Impact - The completion of the 35 kV rolling and 35 kV Xizhong anti-icing reinforcement projects marks the full operational status of the 298 anti-icing projects implemented this year [1] - The projects have significantly improved the grid's resilience against ice disasters, particularly in regions with a high risk of ice accumulation [1][3] - A total of 181 ice-prone lines covering 821 kilometers have been upgraded, and 8,016 ice-prone poles have been replaced or reinforced [1] Group 2: Specific Projects and Enhancements - In the high-altitude areas of Sanjiang County, a 10 kV line renovation project was completed in November, enhancing the line's anti-icing capacity with specially designed poles and conductors [3] - The 110 kV Xiangcheng line in Quanzhou County underwent anti-icing modifications, including the construction of two new iron towers, to improve its resilience against ice and snow [3] - A total of 38 anti-icing projects have been completed, providing stable and reliable electricity supply to 36,800 households during winter [3] Group 3: Monitoring and Technology Implementation - The company has installed 25 direct current de-icing devices and 304 icing monitoring terminals in key high-altitude areas [4] - The establishment of a comprehensive "monitoring-warning-disposal" system for anti-icing measures has been implemented, utilizing digital technology for real-time monitoring of icing conditions [4] - The company has prepared 98 tailored de-icing plans to ensure the safe operation of the grid during winter and spring [4]
