（来源：黑龙江日报） 转自：黑龙江日报 本报讯（邢赫巍 记者彭溢）日前，国家知识产权局办公室、最高人民法院办公厅联合发布了2024年知 识产权纠纷多元调解十大典型案例，黑河市知识产权调解中心办理的"法院+知识产权纠纷调解中心"化 解商标侵权纠纷典型案例成功入选。 近年来，省知识产权局深入贯彻落实省委省政府关于加强知识产权保护的各项部署，会同省法院、省司 法厅等部门，将加强知识产权领域纠纷调解作为强化知识产权全链条保护的重要环节，推动知识产权纠 纷调解工作取得显著成效。一是认真贯彻落实国家知识产权局、司法部《关于加强知识产权纠纷调解工 作的意见》，联合省司法厅出台我省实施意见，结合我省实际从加强知识产权纠纷调解组织建设、机制 建设、业务能力建设、工作保障等方面提出13条具体措施，积极建立政府引导、社会参与、上下联动、 衔接顺畅的知识产权纠纷调解工作机制。二是不断强化纠纷调解组织建设。省知识产权局依托省知识产 权保护中心成立了黑龙江省知识产权纠纷调解委员会，各级市场监管（知识产权管理）部门也都通过成 立调解委员会、设立调解工作站、知识产权维权援助工作站开展调解业务等方式积极提高知识产权纠纷 调解组织覆盖面。经初步 ...
