Group 1 - The core project being verified is the functionality of the water spray system at the newly expanded No. 1 main transformer of the 500 kV substation in Linzi, Shandong [1] - The expansion project of the Linzi 500 kV substation is one of the 12 key projects planned by the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company for the summer peak load [3] - Upon completion, the project will add 1 million kVA of transformer capacity, effectively meeting the load growth needs of the northern region of Zibo and preventing overload under N-1 conditions [3] Group 2 - The State Grid Zibo Power Supply Company is organizing the acceptance of the 220 kV Xili transmission and transformation project [5][7] - To facilitate the construction of key projects for the summer peak load, the State Grid Shandong Electric Power has implemented a "list management" model to closely track critical processes [5] - Out of the 12 key projects, 10 have been successfully completed and put into operation, with the remaining two projects, including the Linzi 500 kV substation expansion and the Zibo 220 kV Xili project, nearing completion [5] Group 3 - After the completion of all 12 key projects, a total of 4.44 million kVA of new transformer capacity and 882.58 kilometers of lines will be added, significantly enhancing the local grid structure and power supply reliability in Shandong [8] - The completed projects are crucial for ensuring power supply during the summer peak load period [8] Group 4 - The completed 500 kV Tai'an West UHV DC transmission project, which became operational in April, spans 504.8 kilometers and supports the ±800 kV UHV DC transmission project from Longdong to Shandong [10] - The expansion of the Wenshang 500 kV substation, also completed in April, adds 1 million kVA of transformer capacity and increases the number of main transformers to three, addressing rapid load growth in the Jining area [10] Group 5 - The 500 kV Yihe transmission and transformation project, completed on March 24, is a major project for Shandong Province in 2024 and is the first UHV project by State Grid Shandong Electric Power to serve the integrated wind-solar-storage transmission base in the saline-alkali land of northern Shandong [13] - This project enhances the capacity for renewable energy absorption and creates conditions for large-scale renewable energy access to the grid, marking a significant step towards establishing a "north-to-south" transmission pattern within the province [13]
