十年来,我省"9+3"免费教育计划取得学生满意、家长放心、社会认同的良好效果,形成可推广的 经验。我省成立15个省级部门组成的工作领导小组,省政府与各市(州)政府签订目标责任书,全省上 下职责明确、分工合作、工作有序,形成各级协同支持机制。坚持德育为先、突出技能培养、强化实习 实训,创新培养模式,促进学生全面成长成才。健全保障体系,财政部门落实专项经费,用于改善学校 办学条件、免除学费、提供生活补助、冬装补助、医疗保障及顶岗实习工作经费等;建立专门的教育管 理队伍,先后选派近千名藏区彝区优秀干部教师入驻内地"9+3"学校,全面参与"9+3"学生教育管理,建 立完善的就业促进体系。 下一步,我省将持续加大对民族地区教育的投入和政策支持力度,加快民族地区职业教育发展步 伐,让民族地区更多家庭享受到教育发展带来的实惠。办好民族地区职业教育,做到统筹政策资源、统 筹学校布局、统筹专业布局、统筹生源布局、统筹资源保障,制定加大高等学校招收民族地区中职学生 比例等政策。优化完善"9+3"免费教育计划政策支撑。(记者 李丹) 2009年,省委、省政府在藏区启动实施"9+3"免费教育计划,2014年扩大到大小凉山彝区。在9年 ...
