Alaska Airlines is flying transatlantic for the first time — and has unveiled a fresh livery for its new Boeing 787s to mark the new chapter. In an announcement on Tuesday, the airline called the new design its "first-ever global livery," as it sets up more ambitious international routes following its $1.9 billion acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines last September.
