Where you went to college is starting to matter again. Elite schools are now back at the top of the list for company recruiters. It's a hiring trend for new grads that resembles recruiting practices from before the pandemic and tight labor market of 2018 and 2019.A survey of more than 150 companies found that 26% were exclusively recruiting from a short list of schools.
