新快报讯 记者陈慕媛报道 16届第118次市政府常务会议审议通过《广州市工业集聚区划定及工业产业区 块修编方案》（下称《方案》）。 据统计，至2025年初，广州市工业产业区块642个、约621平方公里，在保障工业用地底盘、引导产业集 聚发展、提升用地效率等方面发挥积极作用。《方案》优化全市产业空间布局，建立"工业集聚区—工 业产业区块—工业用地"三级产业空间保障体系，进一步保障工业用地总量、强化工业用地管控、引导 产业集聚发展，并提出目标：优化工业产业区块提升至626.6平方公里，保障全市工业用地到2035年总 规模不低于480平方公里，划定36个工业集聚区约939平方公里。全市约78%的工业产业区块纳入工业集 聚区，单个工业集聚区平均规模约26平方公里。衔接落实"12218"现代化产业体系，促进15个战略性产 业集群和6个未来产业落地，每个工业集聚区提出3—5个主导产业发展方向建议，促进形成错位发展、 优势互补的产业发展格局。 编辑：邬嘉宏 ...
