北京怀柔科学城重点项目全面复工

作为科学城起步区的重要组成部分,雁栖小镇项目已全面展开现场施工。工人们正同步推进土方回填与 外窗安装,下一步将启动幕墙全面施工与精装工程。项目运营合作亦迈出实质性步伐——北京怀柔科学 城建设发展有限公司与阿那亚集团已签署合作协议,围绕商业策划、产品优化等开展前期工作。阿那亚 雁栖小镇A区商业计划于今年10月开街亮相,首发呈现"国际生活样板"与"自然消费目的地"场景,为科 学城科研人员及国际访客提供高品质生活配套。 与此同时,科学城路网建设也在加紧推进。雁栖小镇A区街坊路、雁栖小镇规划一路分别将于2026年6 月、10月实现完工通车。作为怀柔科学城交通路网建设的关键一环,新峰街东延道路工程已完成桥梁桩 基施工,将于2026年底与密新路同步实现通车。怀柔科学城高端科学仪器装备产业集聚区内,飞天北 巷、沙河西路等6条道路预计今年8月完工通车;此外,乐园大街、范各庄路、乐园南二街、雁栖西一路 将于6月开工。 怀柔科学城相关负责人介绍,怀柔科学城正以重大科技设施为核心、服务配套为支撑,统筹项目建设与 运营筹备,完善"全周期服务"机制,通过提前对接、并联审批、现场调度等方式强化要素保障。随着各 大项目从"纸面"走向"地面 ...
