据悉,在盾构机组装调试阶段,市水务集团采用"双螺旋激光校准系统",将盾构机轴线偏差精准控 制在±5厘米内,并通过清单化管理和应急演练确保顺利始发。在后续施工中,市水务集团还将依托数 字孪生系统,通过实时的数据传输实现对掘进过程的"零距离"智能管控。 6月30日上午,杭州城西九曲洋港进水口施工现场传来捷报——扩大杭嘉湖南排后续西部通道工程 (以下简称"城西南排工程")首台盾构机"先行号"在地下60米深处顺利始发,标志着这项重大水利工程 正式进入隧洞掘进阶段。 "先行号"盾构机全长约90米,整机总重量约2500吨,开挖直径达12.1米,最小转弯半径400米,承 担着九曲洋港进水口至顾家桥港进水口长约5公里地下隧洞的掘进任务。今年3月31日,"先行号"第一个 盾构机部件下井,6月27日盾构始发通过专家验收,市水务集团连续攻坚奋战88天,将12000多个零部件 组装成一条蓄势待发的"钢铁蛟龙",为隧道掘进提供强大动力。 城西南排工程是补齐杭州城西区域防洪排涝短板、保障杭州城西科创大走廊水安全的重要基础设 施。该工程建成后,杭州城西区域防洪排涝标准将由20年一遇提高至50年一遇。目前,项目各标段建设 全面推进:南湖进水 ...

Group 1 - The project marks the commencement of the underground tunnel excavation phase for the Hangjia Lake South Drainage West Channel Expansion Project, with the first shield machine "Xianxing" successfully starting its operation [1] - The shield machine is approximately 90 meters long, weighs about 2500 tons, and has a diameter of 12.1 meters, designed to excavate a 5-kilometer underground tunnel [1] - The assembly of the shield machine involved over 12,000 components and was completed in 88 days, showcasing the efficiency of the municipal water group [1] Group 2 - The project aims to enhance flood control and drainage standards in the western region of Hangzhou from a 20-year to a 50-year occurrence level [2] - The construction includes multiple water inlets and a Y-shaped underground drainage channel, which is 29 kilometers long and buried 55 meters underground [2] - The drainage capacity is designed at 250 cubic meters per second, with a backup capacity of 300 cubic meters per second [2]
