济南开展专项整治行动,上半年办理不合理低价游等案件10余件

齐鲁晚报.齐鲁壹点石晟绮 强化行业监管机制,净化消费环境。今年以来,济南市文化和旅游局先后在全市开展了"不合理低价游"综合治理规范旅游市场秩序专项 行动和旅游行业导游乱象、强制消费等专项整治行动,采取线上、线下相结合的方式,通过日常监管、双随机抽查、联合执法,查处各 类违法违规行为。上半年,累计检查旅行社、分社及相关人员共536家(人)次,出动执法人员1223人次,办理"不合理低价游"案件、"未经 许可经营旅行社业务"案件、"未经许可经营出境旅游业务"案件等10余件,有效震慑了市场中的违法违规行为,优化了旅游市场环境。另 外,利用节假日等重要时间节点,牵头组织多部门对文旅企业开展联合检查,为市民游客文旅休闲活动保驾护航。 加强行业培训和引导,夯实服务基础。规范文旅行业服务标准,不断提升文旅行业从业人员职业素养和服务水平。建立系统化导游培训 机制,组织开展金牌导游授课、中高级导游等级考试公益培训、导游员实地培训等活动,助力导游专业能力提升。开展导游志愿服务品 牌活动,组织专业导游走进景区义务讲解,引导游客安全出行、文明游览,提升游客游览体验。举办全市星级饭店从业人员技能竞赛和 导游大赛,选拔储备济南市旅游行业技 ...
