针对上述问题,云南电科院自2021年起牵头开展技术攻关,提出柔性并联电能变换技术思路。历经4年 潜心研发,项目团队攻克了多台配变分相电能平衡、变间能量灵活变换与电能质量控制等关键技术,成 功研制出配变增容调压调平衡装置。该装置可有效解决配变单相或三相重过载、三相不平衡、电压偏高 或偏低及谐波等综合治理难题,为构建安全可靠、绿色高效的新型配电系统提供了关键技术支撑。 此次投运的装置可在配电变压器间实现功率柔性调控,调控能力可达100千伏安,最高可达135千伏安, 电压调节范围达±10%,兼具谐波治理功能。装置具备安装便捷、运行稳定、支持储能等应急电源接入 等特点。现场运行数据显示,鸡头村2号台区供电可靠率与电能质量得到显著提升,获得当地用户认 可。 1月11日,由南方电网云南电科院联合云网能源公司、中车株洲所共同研发的国内首套配变增容调压调 平衡装置,在云南曲靖马龙区鸡头村2号台区成功投运,标志着我国在配电网柔性调控与电能质量治理 方面取得重要突破。 近年来,随着农村地区用电需求快速增长,家用电器普及以及农业生产季节性用电叠加,配变重过载问 题日益突出。同时,分布式光伏、电动汽车充电设施等新型源荷大规模接入,给 ...
