Core Viewpoint - The Jiangsu Provincial Agricultural and Rural Affairs Department, the Provincial Industry and Information Technology Department, and the Provincial Science and Technology Department have jointly issued an action plan aimed at promoting high-quality development in the agricultural machinery industry through technological innovation, with a goal of establishing a national high ground for advanced intelligent agricultural machinery and a benchmark for small machinery innovation in hilly areas [1] Group 1: Development Goals - By 2027, Jiangsu aims to develop over 20 leading agricultural machinery products, break through more than 5 key core component technology bottlenecks, and establish over 3 high-level agricultural machinery pilot verification platforms [1] - The province plans to build over 30 distinctive agricultural machinery pilot testing fields and significantly enhance the level of intelligent manufacturing in agricultural machinery [1] Group 2: Economic Targets - The agricultural machinery manufacturing output value in Jiangsu is targeted to exceed 80 billion yuan, positioning the province among the leaders in the ownership of major intelligent agricultural machinery [1] Group 3: Industry Cluster Development - An intelligent agricultural machinery industry cluster will be constructed with a focus on the Changzhou-Jiangyin-Yangzhou region, supporting cities like Zhenjiang, Changzhou, Wuxi, Suzhou, Yancheng, and Xuzhou to develop differentiated and specialized areas for new energy tractors, high-end power machinery, intelligent navigation, harvesting machinery, and specialized machinery for facility agriculture, fruit, tea, mulberry, and aquaculture [1] Group 4: Smart Transformation Initiatives - The province will implement a special action for the "smart transformation and digital upgrade" of agricultural machinery enterprises, encouraging the construction of smart factories and the integration of resources by leading enterprises in the industry chain to enhance overall supporting capabilities and supply chain resilience [1]
