Bonduelle has agreed a deal to sell a factory in Brazil to local group Stella d’Oro Alimentos. Just Food understands the French veg group plans to retain a commercial presence in the country. The terms of the deal for the factory in Cristalina in the central state of Goiás were undisclosed. Bonduelle declined to comment when approached by Just Food.
