Veritiv Operating Company, a provider of specialty packaging solutions, has acquired Oregon, US-based Subotnick Packaging. Financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed. Subotnick is a distributor of packaging products and equipment. It caters to a range of sectors including building materials, food, e-commerce and transportation, providing both stock and custom packaging offerings.
