French food co-op Eureden has agreed to sell a majority stake in charcuterie busness André Bazin to local peer Arcado. In a statement, Eureden, the co-operative behind the D’aucy and Paysan Breton brands, said the tie-up will see André Bazin and Arcado pursue growth in “high-quality” regional charcuterie and “expand their operations” upstream and downstream.
