India’s Reliance Industries has struck a deal to acquire the majority of Australian beverage maker Goodness Group Global. The size of the stake acquired and other financial terms were not disclosed. In an exchange filing on 7 February (Saturday), Reliance Industries said the deal marks the entry of its Reliance Consumer Products arm into Australia’s consumer goods market.
