Thanks, Scott, and good morning, everyone. My comments be on Slide 16, where we reported earnings per share of $1.16 in the fourth quarter on net income of $45 million. Excluding the impact of the FDIC special assessment, EPS was $1.21 per share, an increase from the third quarter.
