Group 1 - The company has signed an investment cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Youchuang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. and Zhonggu Lianchuang (Wuhan) Laser Technology Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture named Hubei Hongchuang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 40 million yuan [1] - The company will contribute 18 million yuan, holding 45% of the joint venture, while Youchuang Intelligent will contribute 16 million yuan for a 40% stake, and Zhonggu Lianchuang will contribute 6 million yuan for a 15% stake [1] - The joint venture aims to build a precision CNC machine tool production base in the Xiaogan Laser Industrial Park, focusing on the production, manufacturing, and sales of precision machine tools [1]
