Group 1 - Promoting gender equality has become an important part of the friendly cooperation between Uzbekistan and China, with both countries engaging in bilateral exchanges of innovative ideas and practical experiences [1][2] - This year marks the 30th anniversary of the UN's Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, which has significantly improved women's education, economic capabilities, and political participation globally over the past three decades [1] - Uzbekistan actively participated in the global women's summit held in Beijing, sharing its achievements in promoting gender equality and supporting initiatives aimed at safeguarding women's and girls' rights [1] Group 2 - Uzbekistan and China have established close cooperation mechanisms in culture, sports, science, and education, signing multiple agreements to support women's entrepreneurship and business development, particularly in the silk industry where China has rich experience [2] - The second Uzbekistan-China Local Cooperation Forum successfully hosted a Women's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cooperation Forum, attended by numerous Chinese female entrepreneurs and scholars to discuss the development of women's initiatives [2] - Practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and China has yielded significant results, with joint ventures emerging in Samarkand and Shaanxi, bringing investment, job opportunities, and development prospects to the local area [2]
