If I started the My Dick Foundation to fund my dating life, I think it’d be obvious that, notwithstanding any legal and financial separation between it and myself for tax purposes, the My Dick Foundation is attached to me and it would be weird and wrong for USAID to fund it.CHRIS (@VOSTOK63):@MikeBenzCyber @BaseCampApache USaid did not fund the BBC.
