"Creating the 'Songshan Path' for Science Education in Songshan District, Chifeng, Transitioning from 'Single Bloom' to 'Hundred Flowers in Full Bloom'" 4. "Empowering the Cultivation of New Era Talents with Technology and Supporting Border Area Revitalization through Aerospace in Alxa League" [1] Group 2: Educational Initiatives - Inner Mongolia has implemented the "Double Reduction" policy to enhance science education, focusing on three major actions: improving school teaching quality, utilizing social resources for education, and fostering innovative reforms [1] - The region supports eight national primary and secondary school science education experimental zones and 68 experimental schools to explore new paths in science education [1] - The education department aims to promote exemplary results and lead the advancement of science education across the region [1]

瞧,有的学校积极创新,以"蚂蚁搬家观察报告"替代传统闭卷考试,鼓励学生走进自然,亲近自然;有 的学校广泛开放实验室课外使用权,让学生的奇思妙想有了上手操作的空间;有的学校探索"科学素养 银行"评价体系,推动学习与思考相结合、接受与质疑相结合、动手与动脑相结合,关注培养学生的实 践能力、思维能力、解决问题能力和社会责任。 科学教育不只是知识传授,更关键的是要点燃学生思想的火花,谁来施教至关重要。科学教师要懂科 学、懂教育,深刻理解科学教育应该教什么、学生如何学习科学、教师如何教科学。在科学教师培养方 面,应推动高水平师范大学开设科学教育专业,在公费师范生项目中提高科学教育学生培养比例,支持 综合性大学培养科学类课程教师。同时,做好科学类课程教师培养培训,将中小学教师科学素养培育纳 入省市教师培训和"国培计划"等教师培训项目,建立多类型、多样态的研修共同体,推动新任教师、骨 干教师、专家型教师在交互式团队架构中学习和实践。 越来越多的力量与智慧汇集,为中小学生打开通向科学世界的大门。北京怀柔区聘请高校科研院所的专 家学者,担任全区中小学校的科学副校长,指导学校科学教育规划和科技课程建设;河南濮阳县文留镇 枣科小学 ...
