信阳公务餐改革率先全域落地 扫码吃食堂 省事又省钱

2025年12月31日,去新县中药材现代农业产业园种子种苗培育基地路上,信阳市农科院特色作物研究所 副所长、省优特项目中药材专项任务负责人吴淑平就通过"信阳公务餐"手机平台,在就近的新县检察院 机关食堂订好了午餐。 岁末年初,工作繁忙,吴淑平利用参加市中药材理事会和年度总结报告会空余时间,到基层指导解决中 药材种苗繁育难题。"公务餐改革方便了干部下乡就餐,让我们把更多的时间花在工作上。"吴淑平说。 与吴淑平有着同样感受的,还有常年奔波在农业生产科研一线的该院油料作物研究所所长金开美等人。 在此基础上,信阳还借鉴"豫接待"小程序成功经验,科学搭建具有"公务食堂一网覆盖、就餐地点一键 导航、用餐行为一体监管"功能的"信阳公务餐"信息化管理平台。该平台将市县乡三级294家机关食堂和 41家社会协助用餐点,纳入公务用餐指定网络,实现全域覆盖。同时,进行统一管理规范、统一收费标 准、统一挂牌接受监督,确保公务用餐在阳光下运行。 "在9家市直单位和3个县区试点成功后,2025年10月9日起在全市全面推行。"信阳市机关事务中心主任 胡绵涛介绍,信阳也是我省率先在市县乡三级全域落地公务餐改革的省辖市。 为确保改革实效,信阳创 ...
