莫旗养老服务案例入选全国典型

据悉,这是农业农村部自2019年起,连续第七年联合多部委开展全国农村公共服务典型案例遴选工作。 遴选旨在总结推广地方加强农村公共服务建设的有效经验,强化典型示范带动作用,加快推进县乡村公 共服务一体化。此次入选的23个典型案例,均经过案例征集、专家评审、社会公示等严格程序筛选产 生,为各地农村公共服务提质增效提供了可借鉴的实践样本。 作为中央集中彩票公益金支持的县域养老服务体系创新试点,莫力达瓦达斡尔族自治旗聚焦农村养老痛 点,探索出"1114+"新型养老服务模式。该模式以培育农村养老管家队伍为核心,依托旗、乡、村三级 联动机制与智慧养老服务平台,将政策、资源和专业服务精准输送至养老服务一线。目前,全旗已建成 139个养老服务场所,拥有床位702张,护理型床位占比达66.7%;养老机构医养结合率、县乡村养老服 务设施覆盖率均达100%;6个为老服务餐厅更构建起社区15分钟助餐服务圈。 呼伦贝尔市民政局相关负责人表示,下一步将持续完善养老服务设施建设,推进养老服务人才培训与服 务组织孵化,加大特殊困难老年人探访关爱力度。同时,强化"96111"养老服务热线宣传推广,完善老 年人数据库建设,不断创新养老服务模式, ...
