人民财讯9月12日电,中央气象台9月12日发布暴雨蓝色预警。预计,9月12日8时至13日8时,江苏北部 和西部、安徽中部、湖北南部东北部、湖南北部、四川盆地中东部和南部、重庆、贵州北部和西部、云 南北部等地部分地区有大到暴雨,其中,湖南西北部、四川盆地东部和南部、重庆中部、贵州东北部、 云南北部等地局地有大暴雨。交通运输部调整强降雨防御响应等级为四级。 12日,交通运输部调度湖南、四川、重庆、贵州、云南、江苏、安徽、湖北省(市)交通运输主管部门, 要求慎终如始做好极端天气防范应对工作,全面压实政治责任,系统复盘、总结经验,固化形成制度规 范和工作机制。要妥善应对本轮强降雨,严格落实预警"叫应"机制,加强主动防御管控措施,强化公路 领域"响应、巡查、管控"。要严格落实值班值守和信息报送工作要求,遇有突发紧急情况,第一时间响 应处置。 ...
