转自：法治日报 #2026新春走基层#【这个院子，藏着最温柔的重生】围墙之内，亦有温情；迷途之中，亦有重生。新春 走基层，记者走进广西北海戒毒康复所，看见一群人把"康复之地"活成了"心安之家"。2月15日，记者 走进广西北海戒毒康复所。一进院门，彩旗迎风飘扬，红灯笼挂满枝头，浓浓的年味扑面而来。这里已 经放假，大部分工作人员和一些康复人员都已回家过年，院子里格外安静。得知记者来走访，就业科科 长李宏林陪着记者一路介绍。在院子里，我们遇见了正在挂彩灯的一家三口，李宏林向记者介绍起了这 个特殊的家庭。父亲李华（化名），母亲秦如花（化名），18年前，他们来到这里戒毒康复，在这里相 遇、相知、相守，从此扎下根，安了家。两人的女儿今年13岁，上初一，是全国戒毒康复所里出生的第 一个"康复宝宝"。此时，一家人正在康泰楼旁挂彩灯、拉装饰，指尖缠绕着灯火，脸上写满安稳。孩子 看到李宏林，甜甜地喊了声"李阿姨"。李宏林看着这个孩子出生、长大。对这个孩子来说，这里从来不 是冰冷的场所，而是她从小长大的家。有父母陪伴，有民警守护，有邻里照应，她在这里读书、成长， 拥有了最普通也最珍贵的童年。跟随着李宏林，记者一行来到菜地和养殖场， ...
