(文章来源:经济日报) 有地方精心打造"智慧门面",但漂亮的机器人和炫酷的大屏主要用于接待来访参观,平时基本处于关闭 状态。这并非个例。一段时间以来,一些地方在推进政务服务提升过程中,把新技术当成门面和摆设, 出现重形式、轻实效的倾向。建而不用,是对"智慧门面"的浪费。政务智慧化的成色,应体现在实际服 务中。比如,能否切实缩短业务办理时间,能否跨部门信息共享和数据互通,能否让老龄群体无障碍操 作等。更重视"有没有""多不多",忽视了"有没有用""有多大用",说到底,还是个别领导干部政绩观出 现错位。放下形式主义的"面子",做好政务服务的"里子",让"智慧门面"真正发挥实效,才能经得起群 众检验。 ...
