本报海北讯 （记者 王晶） 2月12日，记者从海北藏族自治州人力资源和社会保障局获悉，海北州聚 力"全民社保""数字社保""高效社保""暖心社保""清廉社保"五个社保建设，推动社保服务提质增效。目 前全州稳步实现基本养老保险覆盖全民，失业保险、工伤保险基本覆盖所有法定群体。 海北州以"社保服务进万家"为抓手，深入实施全民参保精准扩面行动，全面落实社保补贴等惠民政策， 推动全州各类用人单位和城乡居民依法参保、主动参保、持续参保。目前，全州基本养老保险、工伤保 险、失业保险参保人数分别达22万人、3.4万人、2.06万人。以"互联网+人社"为引领，引导参保群众线 上办理查询等简易业务，线下与6家合作银行设立18个"就近办"服务窗口，持续推进"一网通办、一事通 办"改革，目前线上办理事项已增至175项，线上办理量占业务总量的94%以上，政务服务事项一网通办 率达100%，网上政务服务申请按时办结率达100%，政务服务好评率达98%。 深入实施"高效办成一件事"，持续拓展线上服务覆盖面，社保转移接续等13项高频业务实现"跨省通 办"。持续推进证明事项告知承诺制，聚焦减次数、减材料、减流程等要求，减少群众办事折返跑、缩 ...
