2025年12月,福建省永安市检察院组织开展"学标兵 悟初心 践使命"青年沙龙分享会,引导干警在 实践中锤炼本领。 本报讯(通讯员吴丹丹 吴建蓉)"我们要继续坚持一体发力、同向发力、精准发力,真正把构建检 察'大管理'格局落到实处、见到实效。"近日,福建省永安市检察院召开2025年度述职述廉大会,重点 就管人、管案、管权进行总结复盘,明确新一年工作要求,持续压实管理责任,提升办案质效,推动检 察工作高质量发展。 2025年以来,该院创新工作机制,围绕构建检察"大管理"格局,以更实举措锻造过硬队伍、严把案件质 量关、构筑廉洁司法防线,推动新时代检察工作行稳致远。 "检察官要变身'多面手',成为熟悉'四大检察'的复合型人才。"该院党组成员、政治部主任吴永平说。 该院推行全员综合履职,优化案件受理与轮案规则,打破分段管理、各自为战的传统工作模式,要求每 位员额检察官每年至少办理一件跨"四大检察"职能案件,未成年人案件由专人负责,全面开展综合履 职,同时对七类常见刑事案件实行按比例随机轮案。 此举打破了部门间的"隐形墙",让检察官们在各类案件的办理中快速成长为能征善战的"全科医生"。要 让"全科医生"真正发挥效能,科 ...
做实“每案必检”,打造更多更高质量“检察产品”
