一期为杭州西站站南生态文化服务中心及交通换乘枢纽一期项目，位于通义港绿带以西，访云街以 北，承继路以东，已于2025年12月竣工验收。项目地上4层，地下1层，是一个集云上智慧殿堂、云下城 市客厅于一体的新一代小型换乘综合体。项目还规划了科技及文化综合用房，游客除了可以交通换乘， 还能漫步生态步道、露台花园，放松休憩。 四期工程"中央绿谷"项目，总用地面积约24公顷，规划设置综合慢行交通网络、环形水系、大片草 坪等多种功能场景，已于2025年6月开工。 未来，云门公园全面建成后，将成为集文化展示、交通换乘、综合服务以及滨水休闲等功能于一体 的枢纽综合门户空间，并将联动云城核心区超高层建筑群与城市综合体，构筑起一片活力四射的都市绿 洲。 同年10月，杭州青少年活动中心城西分中心（暂名）落户"云眼"，教学面积预计约1.5万平方米， 拟配备教学场所、活动空间、教师区域及停车休闲等配套设施。目前该项目已完成桩基施工，下一步将 进行土方外运和基础底板浇筑。 云门公园项目包括公园绿地、交通换乘枢纽设施用房、新城综合服务中心用房、文化展示服务中心 等工程，总面积约30公顷，计划分四期建设，定位为杭州城市新中心的"生态绿心"， ...
