在空间生命科学与生物技术领域,科研人员将利用问天实验舱生物技术实验柜,开展基于器官芯片技术 的空间环境对人体血脑屏障的影响研究、空间微重力环境对骨骼肌前体细胞迁移的影响及其机制研究, 以及微重力环境下核酸脂质纳米载体生物学功能研究等科学实验。以上3个项目分别主要研究空间微重 力环境对人脑类器官结构功能的影响及机制、骨骼肌前体细胞迁移行为、核酸脂质纳米药物在细胞内转 运规律和机制,进一步深化对生物体生理病理的认知,为人类健康保障提供基础支持。 在微重力流体物理与燃烧科学领域,科研人员将利用梦天实验舱两相系统实验柜、流体物理实验柜和在 线维修装调操作柜,重点围绕多相流与相变传热及应用研究、软物质与复杂流体研究、流体动力学及其 应用研究等方面,开展微重力管内两相流流型、阻力与相变换热等科学实验,揭示重力作用机制,发展 相关理论和模型,为推动空间流体管理、特殊功能软物质等相关技术的创新发展提供支持。另外,科研 人员还将利用梦天实验舱燃烧科学实验柜,重点围绕近可燃极限和基础燃烧等方面,开展微重力近极限 火焰模拟强湍流火焰分区行为研究等科学实验,为发展燃烧基础理论和深入理解动力系统及相关领域燃 烧的重要机理提供支持。 在 ...
