Core Viewpoint - The China Computing Power Platform has been officially launched, aiming to create a national-level comprehensive computing power service platform that integrates supply, demand, and services, enhancing compatibility and interoperability among different systems, platforms, and tools [1][2]. Group 1: Platform Development - The platform has successfully integrated sub-platforms from 10 provinces and regions, including Shanxi, Liaoning, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Henan, Qinghai, Ningxia, and Xinjiang, establishing a new pattern for computing power development in China [1]. - The platform aims to achieve "five integrations": platform integration, entity integration, resource integration, ecological integration, and scenario integration [1]. Group 2: Industry Growth and Challenges - During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the computing power industry in China has experienced rapid development, with infrastructure scale and level ranking among the top globally [1]. - The industry faces challenges such as low efficiency in computing power monitoring, incomplete supply-demand information, lack of overall planning in computing power allocation, and insufficient ecological collaboration [1]. Group 3: User Engagement - As of the end of July, the China Computing Power Platform has registered over 1,000 enterprise users and more than 100 computing power service providers, offering over 110 high-quality computing power products [2]. - The platform has integrated over 90 mainstream foundational models and vertical models, supporting the aggregation, purchase, and instant activation of over 9,000 discrete cards [2].
